How do I set up my WhatsApp messages to come through on my watch? Like Instagram does

If you have whatsapp notifications turned on, it should automatically appear as a notification if your watch is paired.

Thanks all the settings are fine and set up always have been but just never get what’s app notifications I can get Instagram and calls not a problem.

Yes notification turned on just never came through, also the past 2 days the colours have gone off my display clock and it’s not tracking my sleep/ active zone minutes or calories burned it’s been absolutely fine until 2 days ago Iv looked at all the settings don’t know what’s happening
