WhatsApp notifications are not coming through my Versa 4

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Since a few weeks I have a sense 4. In the beginning it shows my what's app messages. But after a few days they didn't show it anymore on my watch. I did everything I found in the commitments but nothing works.

What can I do more?

Update: Sorry, it's the versa 4

Hi @Siepie311 - the new V4 Fitbit App can lose connection with the watch and then you won't get any notifications until it is sorted.

Also pull down on the watch face to get to Quick Settings and turn off all the icons.

In the Fitbit App device section make sure your notifications (and App notifications inside) setup is correct. If you reinstalled the Fitbit App you need to check this.

Hi there, @Siepie311. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 4 is still not receiving your WhatsApp notifications. I understand where your concern is coming from, we're here to help!

In addition to the steps provided by @Guy_, I'd also suggest trying the following:

  • Unpair your Versa 4 from your phone's Bluetooth and Fitbit app.
  • Unpair other Bluetooth devices that you may also have paired to your phone's Bluetooth settings.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use. This can help to prevent connectivity issues or Bluetooth interference.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth on your phone.
  • Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
  • Set up your Versa 4.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Versa 4.
  • Set up notifications again.
  • Once your Versa 4 is paired and syncing, please proceed to set up your other Bluetooth devices to your phone again.

With the steps above, what I want you to do is to pair your Versa 4 first to your phone's Bluetooth settings before any other Bluetooth device is connected to your phone.
