Hi @Dgriff - restarting the watch may produce peculiar results and may require a second restart to get it working normally.
It's possible that sleep is not working because of changes to the Fitbit App, to see use the web dashboard
This assumes you have had a good night's sleep and successfully synced the watch and waited a little while for it to get calculated.
