When changing clock face it changes clock to 24 hr

I have noticed that when I change my clock face to anything but the one it came with, that when I use always on display and my watch goes into sleep mode that it defaults to the 24 hr clock. I have watched videos, read tips, and nothing will change it back to the 12 hr clock unless i change it back to the clo k face it came with.. I went into my online account and made sure it was set at the 12 hr clock, and it was, but it still displays as the 24 hr clock. Any suggestions?

Go to your account (upper left) and select your device, ie: Versa, etc. Select gallery. Select the watch face that you want to use, then touch the

large image of the watch face at the top of your screen. Scroll down to settings. Select hour format, change from 24 to 12. Your Fitbit will automatically change once 12 hours is selected
