When receiving a wrist call on versa 4 says connection error. Hiw to fix?

Thank you for sharing the inquiry regarding the Versa 4.

Please, make sure that your Versa 4 is listed on your Bluetooth options as Versa 4 calls. You should have both options: Versa 4 and Versa 4 calls. 

Also, go to the Fitbit app, tap on the upper left corner on the device and phone icon, and look for the Versa 4 option: select on wrist calls and set it up.

If you continue having issues, try the following troubleshooting steps:

  1. On the phone, turn Bluetooth off and back on.
  2. Restart the Fitbit device once gain. For instructions, see How do I restart my Fitbit device?
  3. Remove Versa 4 Controls from the list of Bluetooth devices on your phone.
  4. Set up on-wrist calls again. For instructions, see How do I set up on-wrist calls on my Fitbit device?
