Hello, since the fitbit app was updated, I am unable to locate how much fat I have burned after a workout. Where exactly on the app do I track/locate fat % burned on the firbit app? On the old app, I would simply just scroll down half way through and the percentage would be displayed. I have version 4.
Moderator edit: clarified subject.

It's good to see you participating in the community for the first time @VHPIP.
Thank you for sharing the inquiry regarding fat burn in the new app.
On the dashboard go to the top right corner and > tap on the pencil. Scroll down until you find 'Active Zone Minutes'> Switch it on.
Turn back to the main screen and scroll down and select Active Zone Minutes. Choose for Fat burn and see the stats.

You can see your time spent in "Fat burn zone" in the Heart Rate section of the app. It's synonymous with Active Zone expressed in minutes. It won't be able to quantify how much fat you actually burn, because for that you would need much more data than a watch is capable of tracking (to my knowledge).
The image below is my Fat burn zone, based on my heartbeat per minute (BPM). It will be different for you depending on your age, sex and Resting Heart Rate (RHR).

Thank you. I managed to find it with your guidance. So the old version before the app updated would give you a percentage of fat burn after a workout. New version gives number of minutes of fat burn and shows it on the chart too but this is fine. :0)
Thanks!

% of fat burn sounds sus, because for that data to be accurate, the watch would have to know your fat percentages anyways. Someone with less fat burns less with the same amount of effort/fat burn minutes as someone with more fat. I understand why they moved off that metric
