Every morning I have to turn the Bluetooth off and on to get my versa 4 to sync. It never used to do that before. What is the fix for this issue??

Hi @SunsetRunner - this is one of the bugs in the 194.61 update. The only way to stop it is to do a factory reset, set the watch up all over again with the 184.152 firmware. see post in this topic

Did you update to the new 194.61 update?

If so, factory reset your watch in the app or from the watch.

I tried to reset but it wants to install update and the versa just locks on the screen with the check mark and says Connected

My bad, it has to do some kind of update before it’ll work. It does ask to update to new firmware but I’m not going to

I factory reset and now that part works great but now I don’t get any notifications on the watch. All settings on my iPhone show it should be and same with the watch. Any ideas?

@SunsetRunner- in the Fitbit App you need to click profile photo, device photo, Notifications and App notifications and set them up again.

Also make sure after manipulating the watch it is still enabled, pull down on the watch face to get to Quick Settings and turn off all the icons.

@SunsetRunner - if you have an iPhone there needs to be pending notifications before the app appears in the list.

How do perform a factory reset

Hi @Amil63 - don't perform a factory reset without understanding the consequences, especially as it may make matters worse. There may be a simpler solution that can save you a lot of time and trouble.

First post your issues or chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support.

I have tried everything listed above, and then some, and I still don't get notifications on my watch. I've also uninstalled the app, my watch, restarted everything, even done a factory reset. All the notification buttons that need to be turned on are on and still nothing. I just have an expensive digital watch.  😫

Hi @DanaJC42 - please verify the settings on both watch and phone as the order things are done is important.

When you swipe down the watch face make sure all icons are off.

There is currently a problem with firmware version 194.61 so check which version you have installed.
