Why is my Fitbit 4 Versa over calculating my steps?

My fitbit is saying I've done over 20k steps which is double what I've done.  How do I sort this please?

Hi @Over60help - in the Fitbit App go to the devices screen and make sure that only the Versa 4 is connected to your account and not the phone as well. It can be steps from both get added.

Hi @Over60help - only set the dominant wrist if that is the arm you have it on.
