Why won't my versa 4 remind me of hourly steps at :50 if I haven't made 250 steps?

My fitbit use to vibrate at :50 if I hadn't made 250 steps.  It no longer notifies me.   How do I get that feature back?

Hi @Haxby - a couple of things to try, pull down on the watch face to get to Quick Settings and turn off all the icons, hold the watch button for a full 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start.

Sync the watch with the Fitbit App yo make sure it's working properly and see if that helps.

I’m also finding as of yesterday it no longer updates the completion of steps made for the hours when I sync my Fitbit app. It shows on the Versa 4 but not on the Fitbit app. I’m ready to give up on Fitbit & go yo a different tracker!! Google clearly was not ready to take on Fitbit!!! They were so much better.

Google is trying to destroy Fitbit so people will go to whatever app google has for this.
