Will the Versa 4 be able to transfer music files?

Hi been a versa user for 5 years use it for playing music at the gym but my versa to has packed up So looking at replacement  with the Versa 4 

But  any product must be able of holding and transferring  music files

PC  Transferring  is discontinued  so which watch will be able to transfer  music mp3 file from Andriond device 

IDon't use any music Apps   so need to transfer  files direct 

So does that rule all fitbits out

Any ideas or do I need to move on

Many Garmin watches provide music storage and transfer is trivial.
