Will the Versa 4 last?

Hey all im looking for some advice before dropping a couple hundred on the Versa 4. My second Versa 3 in as many years just conked out. It's frustrating bc the Versa is perfect for me except for the fact that it keeps breaking. So I'm looking into my options. Looking at the Versa 4 im wondering:
  1. Is the durability better than the 3? How long should I expect a new Versa 4 to last?

  2. Will the watchfaces I had on the 3 work on the 4? in particular I had a great pipboy watch face that was my fave

I'm also definitely also interested in alternatives if y'all have stumbled across any. Long battery life is a big facet for me but I'm afraid to go full fitness tracker; I think I would miss the smartwatch features (I particularly like Google assistant and Google pay)

Hi @urida - durability is based partly how you use the watch and it's original construction and there is unlikely to be a difference between the 2 models.

Only Pipboy 3000 (Gen 3) version is available on both.

However if you live in the EEA or UK you won't be able to install it since the online Gallery has been closed by Google for non Fitbit stuff (in June 2024) and you wouldn't be able to install any apps on a Versa 4 anyway.

The Versa 4 doesn't have all the features of a Versa 3 and doesn't have Google Assistant, and the user interface and operations aren't as slick as on the Versa 3.

As you know since Google took over Fitbit they are constantly removing features so you can't rely on things still working in the future.

If you do some research you can find other makes with double the battery life and more features.
