I just purchased Versa 4. Wrist band keeps coming off. Support told me to switch the bands around. It did not help. For now i will only wear at home to prevent losing it. Anyone else???

so far not, can you check if either your bands or the retention latches look weird?

Hi @Neelrac - a new watch with original bands should not have a problem staying attached unless there is a fault. Take it back for replacement over the counter as it is defective.
