my Fitbit zone minutes on my app keep crashing, this has been going on since November 2023. I have tried everything even contacted Fitbit help, but problem still wasn’t solved.

 I have been using Fitbit for years, and since getting a versa 4 there has been nothing but problems.

NOT HAPPY!!!!
