So after a Samsung update on my flip 3 I couldn't log in via the app. Password rejected, no emails with link to change password etc . Looked at every old post and tried all the hacks , nothing ! Last resort , I created a whole new google account a re -registered like a whole new user. working so far even managed to transfer 10 months worth of premium subscription......I hope.
Has anyone else had to go to these lengths to get back into app? Its really not good enough.
