fitbit versa 4 with words failing

I just opened my fitbit versa 4, but I can't sync, the letters are broken, it's impossible to know the numbers to sync or choose a language. And even trying to continue step by step with these errors, it crashes and doesn't work anymore

Hi @Vilmar_Bergamin  - thanks for the photo, do try a watch restart, just in case it resolves it, hold the button for 10 seconds.
