150 minutes of exercise a week as a goal is to be honest a bit for the general population. Is there a way I can change this goal to 300 since it still fits the guidelines. I need something that's going to tell me I am doing enough for an amature athlete not the average joe. Fitbit needs to get better at this.

The 150 minutes came from American Heart Association and CDC, not Fitbit's original idea. But to change:
from phone app Today screen gear icon at top right > Preferences: Activity > Active Zone Minutes under Daily Activity and/or Weekly Activity.
