That's exactly how it works, @Catsmeowgh.
If your Fitbit app forwards a notification to your Versa 4, it will pop up on your device first. If you ignore it, it then will be stored in the history of the last 30 notifications, at least as long it is among the 30 current ones.
If you swipe up to access notification history and tap the corresponding notification, it will be deleted from the list to to free up space for new notifications.

Welcome back to the Fitbit community, @Catsmeowgh!
Versa 4 can store up to 30 notifications, after which the oldest are replaced as you receive new ones. You can access notifications on your device by swiping up from the clock face.

Hi, I know how to view them when they come in. I am asking how to see the old ones after I have already viewed it. After I have viewed it, if I go back and swipe up, it says no notifications.
thanks.

That's the way it's meant to be, @Catsmeowgh, as memory space is pretty much limited on such devices.

I understand it has limited memory. You said it can store up to 30 notifications, how do you see those? Or is it that it can store 30, but once you look at it one, you can no longer see it?
