how to turn off Calories estimate For versa 4 ?

Can you explain what you mean by "calories estimate"?  If just about the calories burned, I don't think you can turn that off.  If don't like to think about weight, just think of it as just a measure of how much work you are doing. Or is this something about food plan?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Hi Johnny no that’s not it. My watch will say 3000 and when I try to sync to the phone which maybe on 2600 calories it will then synce and my watch calories will then drop to 2600 which is pretty annoying .

So is this just not going to be answered or what’s the story. Fitbit is a joke when comes to solving issues

When you said "estimate", are you thinking that calories is always correct on watch and phone is just making an estimate, but then getting corrected at sync?  That is not really the case.

They both should be showing the same number, at least if they are in bluetooth range and stay connected.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Ye that’s the point why are they different ?

watch says one thing and the phone says a less value and when they synce the watch goes down.

how does one get a refund and never purchase again ?
