Hi @lsturner - it may be necessary to restart the watch. Hold the watch button for 10 seconds till it blanks or vibrates and wait for the logo to appear and for it to start.

Also make sure the watch is properly syncing so that the sleep information can be calculated.

One of the bugs with the new V4 Fitbit App is it loses connection but restarting the watch may temporarily resolve it.
