my versa4 is old version and it doenst be upgraded automatically

I reset my versa4 several times and its firmware version is 61.20001.184.52

and there is not firmware upgrade. i find some poeple have same problem in the web site.

i have some problem for this watch, maybe by old version of firmware.

i tried as manaul but it doenst work.

is there any way to upgrade my fitbit versa4?

Hello @laboreconomy and welcome to the Community.  I think Fitbit paused the firmware update rollout.  I have a Sense 2.  I never got the update announcement and my app says my firmware is up to date with 1.184.52.  A friend got the update announcement for his, then it disappeared.

@laboreconomy  Yes.  The Versa 4 and Sense 2 use the same operating system.  My full firmware version is 60.20001.184.52.  The '60' is the device code.
