my versa 4 is overheating and won't charge.  faulty product but fit bit expect me to pay for advice.

Hi @hilary22 - if your watch overheats in use or while charging stop immediately.

Your warranty may still be valid and the watch csn be replaced.

You can always chat via the Fitbit App, Help & support, Contact Customer support.

Support confirmed to me that they got your message and should get a reply soon.
