"Oops. Looks like there's no internet connection" when trying to download a clock face on Versa 4

Anyone else getting a "no internet" message when they attempt to change the watch face?   I  have a connection, through my wifi but the app is saying no internet. Can't change the watch face

Hi @Yolanda850 - this is likely to be a phone issue, particularly on recent Samsung phones - see No internet connection  possibly due to Private DNS.

I had the same issue with my Wi-Fi. My phone isn't Samsung and I don't think it has any private DNS or ad block. I also disabled the trend micro air protection on my Wi-Fi router but I didn't help either. 

 

Eventually I disabled my Wi-Fi and then I could access using my cellular.

@asiayeah - it may be proxy for the WiFi connection so works on cellular.
