screen sensitivity problems

Hi all,

I've had my versa 4 for several months now and I haven't gotten the hang of how to use the touchscreen yet. I upgraded from a versa 2 so I assumed my learning curve was a bit steeper since I skipped the intermediary device but this is ridiculous sometimes the screen is way too sensitive—like when I'm scrolling to set a timer and sometimes it's not sensitive enough like it hardly ever registers when I'm trying to touch something. Most of the time the screen straight up turn off while I'm actively trying to navigate or touch something. I've tried touching lighter, I've tried touching harder, I've turned the device all the way off and on, I just can't figure out what I'm doing wrong why the screen seems to be responsive but not to what I'm attempting. Am I doing something wrong? Is this just a problem with versa 4s in general? What's going on?

I get the exact same issue with my versa 4. Also when i'm scrolling, it starts scrolling in opposite direction. Very frustrating!!

Anyone any answers for this problem??
