Can't install (or even view the details) of apps/clock faces on Windows 10 app

I have a Versa 2, and I don't have a smartphone, so everything I do has to be done through the Windows 10 app. I'm able to search for apps and clock faces, but when I click on a specific app or clock face to install it, the page for that app or clock face never loads. Instead, there's just a spinning "loading" icon that spins forever, never actually loading the page. As a result, I cannot install any apps or clock faces.

I have tried reinstalling the app and restarting my Versa 2 multiple times. I don't have any syncing issues.

Same thing happens to me. I just bought a Versa Lite. No problem with BT connection, but it took me some time to make call / text message notification work (solution: youtube video guide called "FIX For Sync Problems With FITBIT Trackers With Android Devices"). Initially the fitbit app cannot connect to internet with error msg "no internet connection", but I also found the solution (disable ad blocker). Now fitbit app shows me the general clock face and app page, but once I click on the individual clock face / app, the page hangs and I get the swirling symbol forever. I really like to change the clock face and install new apps.

Bump. Still having the issue, and it seems that others are as well.

I had the same issue with a brand new inspire. I was using the Windows 10 app, and the same thing happens. I think it is something wrong with the app, as i then tried on my iPad, and it worked fine. I hope this is helpful.
