I have a versa, which currently won't turn on. I would love some different troubleshooting options, but nothing so far has worked.
If none of that works, I would like to replace it. I did purchase it less than a year ago, so I think that it should still fall under warranty. However, I do not know the process to do so since I didn't purchase it directly from Fitbit. I went to the warranty page, and it was asking for an order number which I do not have. Does anyone know how to go about doing this? Thanks!
