Not getting notifications on versa from my samsung galaxy M30 mobile phone

I am not getting any notifications on my versa from my Samsung galaxy M30 mobile phone. Phone can be synced for other monitoring like walk steps etc. but could not get notifications for calls, sms, etc.

It was working very fine with my earlier phone.

What to do for getting these notifications ?

Is the device you are trying to sync to a supported device? If not, notifications usually do not work.

My Galaxy M30S is not working. Its not in the supported device list yet.

Make sure your notification acces is set up in the fitbit app 

And leave your app run in the background

Make sure notifications show on the phone while the phone is locked. 

When installing the app, where you asked to approve access to notifications.
