Versa 2 Special Edition Premium Trial

I just purchased my Versa 2 special edition from Best Buy a few hours ago. I remember reading that it comes with a 3 month trial for fitbit premium. Is there anything special I have to do to receive the trial? There was nothing in the packaging that I could see about it.

Sorry if this has already been asked, I did try searching.

Thank you!

I finally figured it out. I googled fitbit premium, clicked the link. Once there I clicked start free trial and it FINALLY registered that I had the SE Versa. Just had to pick what sub model I wanted after the free trial ends and add a CC that it could take the money from once I have to start paying.

My assumption is that it should come with the device when you link it to your account.  One way to check is to wear it to sleep and the next day check your sleep stats. If it gives you the full range of data from heart rate during sleep, sleep stages and time of sleep to come up with the sleep score then you have the Premium active.

Also check out the Discover tab on your app. You should have the full range of Guided Programs, Challenges and Adventures and Workouts with the Premium account.

Nope, everything is still locked and all I'm being offered is the one week trial of premium.

For whatever reason it seemed that waiting 24 hours after purchasing my versa to sign up for premium got the site to recognize the 3 month trial.

What site though?

I was worried about doing that as it kept prompting me I'd get the one week trial only if I just signed up. I was stunned there was no information on our three month free trial in the box, or the app.

There should be instructions.
