Hi there from Australia.
I have seen this topic on here a couple of times and no real solutions to why my Versa 2 not receiving notifications. What is Fitbit doing about this ? As is it is a very common complaint that has been around for a long time.
I have done the factory reset on watch, uninstall and reinstall my app, done all the updates etc.
I am using a Samsung s10+ with my Versa 2. Both only about a month old. With to very up to date items I thought this would not be a drama.
I hope someone can give me some real answers .

I Feel the same way, and they will not replace the fitbit at all.
Having my messages to my watch is one of the main reasons for me buying the watch I am about to just go get me a samsung watch and never buy fitbit again.
I hope this issue gets fixed soon. I shouldn't have to download another app to get a feature work that is set as a main feature. If it was an iphone the problem would have been fixed already.
