Hi, unfortunately your phone is not (yet) in the lists I know of by Fitbit supported devices, but that does not mean that you cannot try it get to work with your Versa. As I see it the main problem is installing the correct and newest Firmware version of Fitbit's own OS. You can do three things to get you phone to work with your Versa:

1. Connect your Versa to your PC instead of to your phone by using Fitbit Connect, which is by the way a limited solution cause you're not able to download apps or change Clock Faces. Read this article about how to setup your Versa with your PC using Fitbit Connect. Click the link and then click "Trackers and Watches" and scroll down just to underneath the first video, where it says Fitbit Connect.

2. If you have a Tablet, like f.i. the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3S, install the Fitbit app on your tablet and setup your Versa to the tablet (I use that too and works flawlessly). When installing the Fitbit app on your tablet, it says that the app is not designed to be used with a tablet, but just ignore that.

3. Point 2 is IMO the best solution for the moment, but if you do not have a tablet, try the suggestions I made in a little guide I wrote to update to the newest Firmware version. See this: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Versa-Versa-Lite/Hassle-free-guide-to-update-your-Versa-s-firmware/t.... Replace in this guide "my Versa" with "your Versa" and follow the instructions to the letter.

Hope this helps so you can use your Versa with either your new phone or your tablet.
