Active minutes and exercises issues

Versa has stopped logging active minutes, walks, days of exercise or Fitbit Coach workouts. Have restarted Fitbit and phone multiple times. Not working for 2 days now. Help!

Can you please tell me when did you setup your Versa or provide me with some screenshots of your Dashboard and the days the watch didn't record your information?

I set up my Versa in late April and have not had any issues until now. The only day I have to show where it wasn’t on there is yesterday as I completely reloaded my Fitbit app in an attempt to fix this issue.

It showed the walk I did but none of the workouts from Fitbit coach that were done thru the app. I have been using fitbit coach for awhile and the workouts I do always sync to the Fitbit dashboard. I have restarted and removed and added apps a couple of times and it still hasn’t fixed. Thank you.
