Getting that message on your Versa means it has never successfully synced with the App. Lots of people, including me, have trouble getting the Fitbit App to sync the Weather App to the Versa. I also have an Ionic and it syncs easily with the Weather App but I've never been able to get the Versa to do it on my computer. However, with several tries, I can sometime get an Android phone to sync with it.

Checking always connected and maybe a restart usually gets my weather syncing
