I am using the windows 10 app on my laptop to sync my Versa. Everything shows on the app But showing nothing in my web browsers have checked on Firefox, Chrome and Microsoft Edge. everything is zeros.

Hello @Craig, I hope you're doing well, it's nice to see you around.
I appreciate you have brought this to my attention. Tell me, have you logged out from your account in the online Dashboard and logged back in? If so, I would like to ask you for a screenshot of what you're able to see in the Fitbit app and in your online Dashboard so I can check this further.

@MarcoGFitbit I was wrong it wasn't even working on the windows 10 app at all. I have installed and uninstalled the app many times. Removed the Versa and added it back many times. I have to use the app on my phone and log in and out of accounts to get each to sync. This is a real pain but I am having to deal with it until we can figure out the problem. It worked great with my blaze that I had before.
