I am located in China. I bought the Fitbit versa online from Fitbit official online store. It arrived in this morning. I opened it up with 0% of power and then never charge into it for 4 hours. The screen never light up all the time. Contact the service people from Fitbit online store. They thought to long press couple or triple buttons to restart the device. But it never worked. Really frustrated. I would try other chargers. I don’t think it will work. I might send it back tomorrow and buy other brand’s sport watch. Any advise?
