Replying to messages?

Will there be any updates to allow users to reply to messages direct from the Versa, i.e. being able to type or write a reply on the screen rather than only being able to select a pre-written quick reply?

Who knows...😠... I got my for Mothers day and come to find out it not
compatible with my phone G you think they let people know that before they
buy it and now I'm not getting any texts I can't even get any on it from
anybody that text me I could for a week or so tell me why it work for a
week or so and that doesn't I like it other than that but they lied

I have a Samsung Galaxy S9 and I dont see the option to use those replies on my versa.  Someone help!

I have the Samsung galaxy J7 and was told it was not compatible with the
Versa, not tell how can it work sometime and than not work

Did you update your versa? Once that is done, then you go to the fitbit app, hit the watch icon in the upper righthand corner, hit the versa, go down to notification, then you will see quick replies. This only if your fitbit is updated with new version.

I use textra as a messaging app not. Not sure if you got it working. But  quick replies work for me for emails and texts.

Why is this advertised as being able to reply when it’s not able to reply to Apple at all?

Hi, I have the current firmware update (32.32.10.15) but when I get messages, it does not give the option on my versa to reply. Do you have any suggestions why this might be? This is a new Versa which I only bought 3 days ago. Thank you.

I’m honestly not sure I don’t have the option either but they advertise that we should be able to do it unless it only works on certain devices

I too upgraded from Blaze to the Versa for this reason and am an iphone user. Now wondering if I should just gone down the iWatch route....

Hi, my daughter has an iWatch and loves it, I on the other hand do not have
an iPhone, I like an android better, so that was not an option for me. I
was excited when this come out 😁, NOT anymore 😠.

That is also the only reason that I upgraded to the Versa. I just reveived my Versa today and I am very disappointed, not to mention quite irritated  to find out that the main feature I wanted isn’t available on iPhone. Fitbit should have made that clear  in their advertising. No where in reading about the Versa was that mentioned. I would have waited to upgrade. That is most likely the reason that Fit Bit intentionally neglected to mention that HUGE fact. That is completely misleading to increase sales.

I know what you're talking about.. apparently my Android phone is not on
the compatibility list for a Bersa also they neglected to let me know there
was a list to check but I talked to the tech in March or April I'm not sure
and he told me he would request the tech to put my phone on the list to be
compatible as of yesterday is working just fine but I'm keeping my fingers
crossed

Absolutely!.. I just hope fit bit is seeing all this.. maybe, just maybe
