I have a brand new Versa that won't hold a charge more than 12-14 hrs and the music app will not sync. Bought this as an upgrade from the Alta. Wish I had stayed with the Alta. The clock app keeps disconnecting itself, new clock faces don't work and the battery life is just horrendous. Any work around for these problem or should I just toss it out and get another Alta.

Hey guys, @Michellentodd and @stephensmim, welcome to the Fitbit Community! As advertised, the Versa battery last up to 4 days with normal use. As you know, the more apps you use on the Versa, the faster the battery will drain. So let me suggest you to take a look at the tips in this post to make the battery of your watch last longer.
Now in regards of the music, I want you to make sure that you are following the step by step instructions in this help article: How do I listen to music and podcasts on my Fitbit? so you can download the music on your Versa and listen to it. If you have inconveniences while doing that, please review the tips in this other help article: Why can;t I download music and podcasts on my Fitbit watch?
Let me know how it goes!
