Versa not auto-recognizing exercise

As far as i'm aware its possible to have fitbit versa to auto recognize the exercise. I would like to just get on my bike and drive and not have to start excercise everytime i do. Is there a way to enable this or is fitbit versa not supporting this function ?

The Versa should auto recognise bike rides (outdoor). Is that what you are doing? It wont auto recognise stationary bike - you need to manually start that. If it isnt recognising outdoor bike try restarting it a few times and see how it goes next time you bike. Mine recognises it every time, so it should work. Let us know how you go

I will try restarting it. Ye its on an outside ride. It only puts it down as "active minutes" nothing to see in the exercise tab.
