Is this a new bug or is there a new fix? I've done the restart, the delete app, the multiple synch attempts

It is actually a bug in the app after the last firmware upgrade. Seems to be random. Tells me to sync first when it just did 8 minutes. Look at it later and it is fine, though the upgrade did change it to Celsius and i had to change it back to Fahrenheit. Similar oddities with other apps and clock faces after an update on the Versa and the Ionic, but usually easily adjusted.

The weather on the Versa comes from AccuWeather. Sometimes AccuWeather has problems and then your weather is not updating/syncing. I would advice to just wait and see if the weather is available again within a short period of time. Had the same problem also a few times.

Could you be so kind as to mark my answer again as an "accepted solution", cause Fitbit removed it for whatever reason. Would be very glad, thanks in advance. Or did you withdraw your "accepted solution"? Hope not.
Update: Many thanks for your vote as an "accepted solution".

I’m having the same issue, restarted the watch, and no change.

I have the same issue. It just randomly switches between Fahrenheit to Celcius and back.
