Versa won't connect to wifi

Hi i purchased my versa yesterday. I cant connect it to my wifi at home. I have paired it with bluetooth and can see it as an avaible device in my fitbit app. I use a Samsung s8. Any help would be great

Try using your phone as a hot spot.  And connect to that WiFi network.

Your troubles may be part of the server problem that Fitbit has had all day.

Not yet. I have had a response from fitbit with a couple of suggestions which i will try when i get home. I will keep you posted.

Hi there
I have got it to work.
I unpaired my other fitbit devices from my account. I toggled bluetooth on and off and when i tried afain to set it up it worked.

My not so Fitbit is taking an age to connect to home WiFi. I’ve switched it on and off and no luck.  Anyone have any bright ideas for me phuleasee.....
