Versa scratches

I have read the posts regarding Versa face scratches. I have owned my Versa for less than 30 days ( disappointed as I purchased I instead of an Apple Watch). When I purchased, Fitbit advertising stated I am able to return within 45 no questions asked. Can I return as I’m unhappy with the quality including the scratches?

Part of the misunderstanding @Shecommands is that your asking about returning the Versa. However without knowing where the Versa was purchased or their return policy, we can not answer your question. Have you asked the store where you purchased your Versa. 

 

Since we can not explain the return policy of the place the Versa was purchased at, @SunsetRunner suggested that you contact Fitbit support.
