missing info

All of a sudden all of my steps and info from yesterday are gone! tried rebooting. anyone else have this issue?

Where are you looking for them? Are they showing via the web interface at www.fitbit.com ? If not, when you click on the settings icon (the "gear") at the top right of the dashboard, when does it say your fitbit last synced?

 

The reason for my questions is to understand whether the steps have been synced to your dashboard and have somehow been deleted, or they have not yet been synced to the dashboard.
