Access "Activity Group Members" using API

Hi

 

I have a created a "Activity Group" and would like my program to access this group and its members' data programmatically. Is this possible, if so what is the way.

 

I have registered my app and am able to get single users data, but as I mentioned above, I will need users in a group.

 

Any help ?

Unfortunately, there is not an API for the groups Web app feature.
