Basics for a client-server project

Hello everyone,

I am running a server-app project. If my mobile app receives the access token and refresh token ( notions taken from here https://dev.fitbit.com/docs/oauth2/) for a certain userX:

1) how my server can access the data of userX?
2) does the fitbit app continue pushing data to fitbit server?
3) fitbit server understands that data send via firbit app is about userX?

4) If a user authorizes to fitbit through my app and then deletes my app, is user's data still can be accessed through credentials obtained during authorization?
