Callbacks failing with SSLException

In our app, callbacks have been failing with SSLException.
 
May I know how should I get in touch with Fitbit to find out what the actual SSL error is? We need to know that in order to fix it.

It is something you need to fix.  Please read this thread carefully.

 

Your calls are probably already working again -- but will break again on Nov 3 if you don't fix your end.  So don't take the fact it may appear to be working again as a sign all is well.
