I am a Linux user, and there are no official fitbit apps for Linux (Ubuntu). I would like to build one, but I did not see any information on pulling data from the tracker, only on pulling data from and placing data on the online account. Is it possible to use the API to sync the fitbit with the account?

Any chance a Linux client will be developed any time soon? or an extension to the API?
