Data not getting in fitbit steo api but showing in User fit bit App

One of Our User having Data in His app, but not getting from fitbit api please help us to help get this data.

Are you using the Fitbit OS SDK API or the Web API?

we are using this api to get the steps. user is saying he done the steps but not getting correctly from this api.

Please check This on priority. User data is not syncing from fitbit to Our APP User send their screen shots.

I have no authority. I suggest re-posting your question in a new thread, and don't mark a reply as an answer until the question itself has been answered. It will get more visibility that way.

I also recommend providing more details in your question. I don't think you've provided enough information for anyone to work out what's going wrong. Pasting the ACTUAL request you're making (but hiding tokens, account IDs, etc) would probably help.
