We removed it months ago, as it contained outdated and confusing information about deprecated libraries and example apps. We are in the process of building a new developer site with improved documentation.

If you look a little more closely, you'll see that what I actually reported was that a link on the page is broken. Look for the link labeled "Anatomy of a Fitbit Client Application" and test that instead.
