I spoke with someone yesterday via live chat as well as on the phone, but I am getting no assistance. I'm hoping you can assist. We are updating our Epic MyChart integration to OAuth 2.0 and need to access our fitbit development Apps. When we access the apps part of the site, it is asking us to verify our developer email account. When we click on the verify email button, we are not getting an email. We need to be able to access the Developer site ASAP as we are going live on Epic on Monday.

I had this same problem about a month ago. Fitbit didn't help. They said emails kept bouncing, but I checked with our IT email admin and they said they weren't bouncing them. Fitbit stopped responding to my inquires, so I eventually changed the email on the account, which was a pain because it was a service email account. Anyway, changing the email worked.
