I am currently building an iOS application for research purposes where I would like to track heart rate during mediation activities. When requesting the activities I see I get 

 

        "heartRateLink": "https://api.fitbit.com/1/user/-/activities/heart/date/2016-03-29/2016-03-29/1sec/time/08:45:00/09:13:54.json"

 Which I think will have all the information I need within it however I cannot find any example JSON or documentation to verify what data is included. Please advise.

Hi @hoosierfan24

 

That API call retrieves the Heart Rate Intraday data.  You can find information on that API call in the documentation.  If you require the heart rate in 1sec or 15sec intervals, you'll need to request Intraday support here.
