Fitbit API Using python-fitbit on a Raspberry Pi

I had trouble accessing the Fitbit API using the python-fitbit wrapper that someone has created.  (See here https://github.com/orcasgit/python-fitbit, all credit to the author).

 

Hence I wrote a blog post on how to do it.  Note this is  aimed at the hobbyist, not professionals.  Here's my blog post:
