Fitbit API does not return steps for a user

Hi,

 

I have an application which uses Fitbit API to get steps. One of the users claims that his steps are not displayed inside the app I'm working on. The user sent screenshots where the steps are displayed on Fitbit web application. I have rechecked and the Fitbit API does not return steps for the user for that date.

 

Can you please advise who can help me with the research on Fitbit side? I can provide all the required information(screenshot, user's member_id, etc)

What endpoint are you using to get a user steps ?

Hi Bonxy,

 

I'm using https://api.fitbit.com/1/user/-/activities/steps/date/today/1m.json API method to get user steps.
